• Project and workforce estimating
• Integration of estimates with the schedule to provide timely cash flow and time phased workforce analysis
• Assist in creation and/or integration of timesheets and accrued cost information for timely and efficient updates

PERFORMANCE METRICS (EARNED VALUE):

• Development of appropriate performance measurement metrics specific to the client
• Establish and assist in maintaining performance update and change processes,
